Victoria Parsons

Victoria Parsons is a Founding Partner of ViP Consultancy (, a boutique global advocacy and external affairs firm based in DC, New York and Miami that provides strategic counsel to public, private and nonprofit sector clients to drive sustained impact. Through her multisectoral background, she has managed emerging issues impacting the Americas, EMEA and APAC regions. Victoria has advised business leaders and public officials on a myriad of issues, including: technology policy, global health, sustainability, tourism and external affairs. Victoria has served at The White House (Obama Administration), for Speaker Nancy Pelosi (then-House Minority Leader), and in state government. Her private sector stints include Facebook and Mercedes-Benz USA. Victoria has had a multitude of affiliations, including: Frédéric Bastiat Fellow, Inaugural Judy Schneider Fellow, Morrill Scholar, and Summer Fellow with The Columbus Foundation. Victoria has a Certificate in Global Health from Harvard, an MPA focusing in Global Government Relations from The George Washington University, studied abroad at the Universiteit van Amsterdam in The Netherlands, and has a BA from The Ohio State University. She is a member of Harvard Alumni Entrepreneurs, and volunteers for YWCA and Year Up. Victoria enjoys the arts, and is a classically trained violinist. She was a member of GW's University Orchestra; her experience includes performing at Washington National Cathedral, other venues in the U.S., and abroad. Victoria resides in Miami, and enjoys her geographic proximity to some of her favorite Latin American and Caribbean travel destinations.
